Lauren Harper
Chief People Officer
Lauren began her career in accounting in 2010 when she graduated from Cal Poly and started working at Glenn Burdette. Over the next 5 years, she went on to obtain her CPA license and enjoyed the accounting path, especially assisting and maintaining relationships with clients and training new hires. As the firm continued to grow, Lauren’s role transitioned from Accounting to Human Resources and she is now the Chief People Officer.
Lauren is respected for her organizational skills, ability to communicate, and diffused conflict. Her experiences span various duties from recruiting, onboarding, performance management, workers comp, benefits, and compensation.
When she is not working, Lauren enjoys exploring California’s central coast beaches, hiking trails, and spending time with family, and friends.
