Human Resources Manager
Amber began her HR career at Glenn Burdette in 2016 driven by a desire to grow within the HR field and support the firm's development, she obtained HR certifications and credentials to further develop her expertise.
Since joining the team, Amber has been instrumental in streamlining HR processes making sure that everything from recruiting new hires to managing employee benefits runs smoothly. Her ability to prioritize tasks, build strong relationships, and deliver effective communication played a crucial role in taking on additional responsibilities in her current position and throughout her career.

Outside the office Amber leads an active life with her family in San Luis Obispo. You can always catch Amber and her family at sporting events, as they enjoy participating in various sports and outdoor activities on the central coast. For Amber church and family are central to her life, and she dedicates her time to volunteering and serving her community.
