While Sarah’s career began in the realms of marketing, psychology and teaching, she soon learned that she had a knack for accounting. “At each internship, I would end up transitioning into bookkeeping and accounting roles,” Sarah says. This inspired her to earn a Masters in Financial Accounting degree with a CPA emphasis, and to join the ranks at Glenn Burdette.
Since then, Sarah has moved up in the firm and is respected for her organization skills and ability to juggle many projects at once. Her clients span a range of industries from construction, agriculture and non-profits to governments, wineries and 401(k) audits.
When she’s not working this Central Coast native feeds her love for reading and good food. She also enjoys golf with her husband and precious time with her family and friends. Says Sarah, “If you can’t laugh at yourself or have fun daily, then you are doing something wrong.”
Sarah ran in the New York City Marathon!
One of Sarah’s dreams is to be a contestant on “The Amazing Race.”
